Stephanie Becket McDonald

Associate

Stephanie is an associate attorney with Levine Smith Coburn & Koslin. She handles a range of family law matters including divorce, custody, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and family violence issues.

After graduating from Emory University School of Law, Stephanie began her legal career with King & Spalding where she was an associate in the real estate practice group representing local and national owners, developers and investors involved in the acquisition, disposition and financing of all types of real estate developments. She then transitioned to in-house counsel at a publicly traded real estate investment trust. After developing an interest in family law, Stephanie joined Levine Smith Coburn & Koslin in 2024 and has found her real estate experience to be an asset as the firm’s cases often involve multiple real estate and/or business holdings with complex financial issues.

Stephanie enjoys practicing family law as each case is different and requires creativity, empathy and clear thinking. She is able to provide a perspective that helps steer clients toward thoughtful, informed decisions that support their long-term well-being and stability.

Stephanie grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Atlanta in 2001 to attend law school at Emory University. She lives in Buckhead with her three teenage children and a labradoodle named Beau. In her free time, she enjoys volunteer work, tennis, travel and spending time with family and friends.
